Simon Ho has an extensive background in the childcare industry. Simon began their career in 1988 as a Senior Auditor for Price Waterhouse, where they audited public and privately held companies in a wide range of industries. In 1995, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as a Consulting Manager and consulted with many national and multi-national companies. In 2000, they became the President of AutoDraftPro and developed the AutoDraft solutions, a hassle free tuition payment solution for childcare parents. In 2002, they founded Childcare Online Services (COS), a start-up company delivering a SaaS based center management solutions to the childcare industry. In 2007, they joined Oncare, a division of Knowledge Universe, as the Director of Professional Services. In 2013, they assumed the CEO position at 1Core Solution, a leading cloud-based center management solution for the childcare industry. In 2014, they co-founded ChildCareIRiS, a cloud-based labor management solution designed to support child care providers. In 2017, they became a Member of Alliance of Chief Executives. In 2020, they co-founded My New Liver.
Simon Ho has an extensive educational background. Simon obtained an MBA from Emory University - Goizueta Business School between 1986 and 1988, followed by a B.S. in Computer Science and Business from Anderson University between 1982 and 1986. Simon has also completed several certifications, including a SuperDAO Bootcamp from Superdao in August 2022, an Economics of Blockchain and Digital Assets from Wharton Online in March 2022, and a DeFi Academy from London Real in February 2022. Simon is currently enrolled in the Founder Institute, with no end date.
