Noam Freeman has extensive work experience in the field of chemistry and pharmaceutical research. Noam currently serves as the Head of Manufacturing R&D at 1E Therapeutics. Previously, they worked as the Director of Research Development at BioNanoSim and was responsible for managing and leading the R&D team. Noam also has experience as the Head of Chemistry at TPCera, where they supervised CMC-related activities and medicinal chemistry research. Noam has worked as a Senior Research Chemist at NanoAF, focusing on the design and optimization of synthesis procedures for manufacturing applications. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Development Chemist at PolyPeptide Group, specializing in synthesis process development for GMP manufacturing. Noam started their career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, San Diego and also worked as a Teacher Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Noam Freeman has a strong educational background in chemistry, primarily from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Noam started their academic journey in 2000 and completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry in 2002. From there, they went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Organic Chemistry, which they completed in 2004. Noam's dedication to the field led him to further their studies, and they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Chemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2009.
