Jinesh Balakrishnan

Jinesh Balakrishnan has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jinesh is currently serving as the Head of Applications (Engineering) at 1E since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Cognizant for six years as a Senior Director of Projects. At Cognizant, they also held the position of a Senior Manager of Projects from 2006 to 2011. Before joining Cognizant, Jinesh worked as a Consultant at Dun & Bradstreet from 1995 to 2003. Jinesh began their career as an Assistant Engineer at Indian Express from 1992 to 1994.

Jinesh Balakrishnan completed their education in a chronological order. Jinesh started their education at St. Michaels in Kannur, where they obtained their SSLC degree from 1977 to 1986. Following that, they attended Sree Narayana College in Kannur from 1986 to 1988 and earned a PDC degree with a focus on Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. Finally, they attended the National Institute of Technology Calicut from 1988 to 1992 and obtained a B. Tech degree in Computer Engineering.
