Sophia Rödiger

Sophia Rödiger is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer DACH at 1KOMMA5° since August 2023. Rödiger is also the founder of MountainMinds GmbH, which has been in operation since November 2019, and previously held the roles of Founder and CEO at bloXmove from May 2021 to August 2023. Rödiger's extensive experience at Daimler Mobility AG, spanning from November 2013 to April 2021, includes positions such as Lead Global Transformation and Digital Strategy & Innovation Leader. Prior to this, Rödiger worked in various roles at Egon Zehnder, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services New Zealand, Daimler AG, and eye square. Rödiger holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource & Organization Management from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Psychology from BSP Business & Law School.
