Muhammad Hashaam

Muhammad Hashaam is a Technical Support Specialist at 1oT since September 2022, where responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting connectivity issues using carrier partner platforms, assisting customers with product features, maintaining SIM and eSIM inventory, and facilitating communication between customer feedback and various internal teams. Previously, Muhammad worked as a Customer Support Specialist at 1oT, an Amazon Account Manager at Fiverr, and a Customer Service Specialist at Mars BPO Pvt Ltd. Muhammad holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Technology Management from the University of Tartu and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology Taxila.
