Justin Oblak is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in various strategic roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at 1Password since November 2022, Justin previously held the position of VP of Engineering at Maven Clinic, focusing on platforms, core services, compliance, and security. At Teampay, Justin was integral as both Senior Director of Engineering and VP of Product & Engineering, leading product and engineering efforts while ensuring compliance with security standards. Additionally, as a founding engineer at SingleCare, Justin established a HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and scaled the engineering team. Justin's tenure at DgDean included overseeing client-based technology needs and managing large data sets. Early career roles at RR Donnelley involved global project management for a significant enterprise SaaS implementation.
