Cleide da Silva has a diverse background in customer experience and geospatial design, with a strong focus on customer success and services delivery. Cleide currently holds the position of Director of Customer Experience at 1Spatial and has previously held roles such as Services Delivery Operations Director at 3-GIS and Head of Customer Success & Principal Consultant at TIE. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Cleide also recently obtained a certification in Customer Loyalty from Kellogg Executive Education.
