Michelle A. Bell, PHR, serves as the Founder and CEO of 1st Choice, LLC since April 2000, managing all business operations across North America. Previously, Michelle held the position of HR & Occupational Safety Manager at T-Mobile from August 1997 to November 2000 and worked as an Operations Manager at Walmart from 1991 to 1997. Michelle's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and several executive education programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
