Kate Earls is a seasoned professional in business development and sales with extensive experience in the financial and publishing sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at 1st Financial Bank USA since January 2016, Kate has previously held significant roles, including Director of Sales at ICM, where responsibilities included publishing and marketing for various government and defense-related publications. Prior to that, Kate held positions at J.P. Morgan Private Bank as a Partner Banker and Banking Analyst. Kate Earls earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from Harvard University, having graduated in 2000, and completed earlier education at National Cathedral School and Horace Mann Elementary School.
