Julie Baker

Julie Baker is a seasoned professional in information security and technology, currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at 1st Franklin Financial Corporation since September 2021. Prior to this role, Baker held multiple leadership positions, including CEO & Head of Cyber Innovation and Emerging Technologies at TD Innovation Center Israel, where a cybersecurity innovation center was established. Experience includes significant contributions at TD as Head of Application Security and Customer Protection, Citigroup as Senior Vice President of Information Security overseeing global vulnerability assessment programs, and Deutsche Bank as Information Security and Infrastructure Manager. Baker’s career began in academia as IT Director at Pace University School of Law and Manager of Network Services at NYU School of Law. Baker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Franklin & Marshall College.
