Karen Miles

Karen Miles is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and credit analysis. Currently serving as the EVP Commercial Lending & Credit Officer at 1st National Bank since May 2022, Karen specializes in development and construction loans, multi-family investment loans, and lines of credit, with all decisions made locally. Previous roles include Commercial Lender at Park National Bank, where local underwriting and approval authority was emphasized, and Commercial Lending Administrator at General Electric Credit Union, facilitating funding for significant commercial projects in the Cincinnati area. Karen also held positions at American Savings Bank, PNC Bank, Central Money Mortgage, Associates Home Equity, and Fifth Third Bank, where responsibilities ranged from loan production management to real estate negotiations. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
