Elizabeth Tate

Elizabeth Tate has a diverse professional background in health and education, currently serving as a Coach/Sales Specialist at 1st Phorm International since March 2022. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was a self-employed Personal Trainer from August 2018 to March 2022, providing 1:1 training, group fitness instruction, and online nutrition and wellness coaching. Elizabeth's experience also includes working as an Early Childhood Educator for Forsyth County Public Schools from August 2011 to May 2018. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of North Georgia, earned in December 2008.
