Tom Reilly

Tom Reilly has over three decades of experience in the financial industry, with roles at CIT, Wells Fargo, and 1st Source Bank. At CIT, they held various positions such as Senior Territory Manager, Assistant Controller, and Portfolio Manager, where they achieved significant accomplishments in business development, accounting, and portfolio management. During their time at Wells Fargo, they served as SVP/Regional Sales Manager, leading a team in the East Coast region and consistently driving new business volume over $400 million annually. Currently, Reilly serves as the Division President of the Specialty Finance Group - Construction at 1st Source Bank, where they continue to leverage their extensive expertise in the industry.

Tom Reilly holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from Monmouth University, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Monmouth University, an Associate's degree in Accounting from Ocean County College, and a High School Diploma in Business from St. Rose High School.
