Namrata Pasari is a Human Resources professional with a solid foundation in HR practices and team leadership. Currently serving as a Human Resources Intern at 1stZoom since February 2023, Namrata previously held the same position at vlebazaar.in, where skills in team communication and productivity were honed. Past experience includes managing employee data at AchieveX Solutions Private Limited and overseeing the recruitment and training of Life Advisors at Kotak Life. Namrata holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Shree Agrasain College.
