Ravi Kiran Meka

Ravi Kiran Meka is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in building data platforms and managing engineering teams across various technology companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at 1upHealth, Inc., since April 2023, Ravi is focused on developing healthcare data solutions. Prior to this role, Ravi held multiple positions at Twitter, leading teams for the Data Platform and managing key systems including Metadata and Orchestration. Ravi's career also includes significant contributions at Pinterest in real-time event processing and abuse detection, and at Yahoo, where Ravi was instrumental in developing abuse prevention platforms and large-scale data processing systems. Earlier experience includes roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise working on telecom fraud management and Gnostice Information Technologies, where Ravi developed a software development kit for document transformation. Ravi holds a Master's degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
