Monica Brown is an experienced customer care professional with an extensive background in account management and technical support. Currently serving as the Customer Care Manager at 1WorldSync since August 2005, Monica oversees the US Customer Care team, facilitating mentorship, tracking performance metrics, and managing customer relationships across strategic accounts.
