Robert Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy management and organizational development. Since August 2019, Robert has been serving as the Policy and Procedure Manager at 211 San Diego, where responsibilities include creating and implementing policies to ensure compliance with regulations and directing staff practices. Prior to this, Robert held the position of Military Services Supervisor at 211 San Diego, focusing on enhancing services for the veteran and military community.
