Peter A. Hagge, MBA, PMP

Peter A. Hagge, MBA, PMP has over 25 years of professional experience in the US Navy and NATO. In 2020, they were the Red Forces Director at the Naval Aviation Distributed Training Center - Atlantic and a Director of Strategy | Senior Warfare Analyst and Senior Warfare Analyst at 2 Circle Consulting, Inc. In 2019, they were a Staff Officer and Acting Chief Of Staff at NATO Joint Force Command Norfolk. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Chief of Staff and Director Of Operations at Commander, Naval Air Force Atlantic, responsible for coordinating and managing the operations of naval forces. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Operations Officer at Carrier Strike Group 12, leading all operational planning efforts and coordination for three organizational staffs, seven aircraft squadrons and four surface ships. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Commanding Officer at Strike Fighter Squadron 32, leading an organization comprised of 260 personnel and capital assets exceeding $840 million. From 2009 to 2014, they were the Branch Head, Office of Security at NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT), responsible for Information Assurance, Physical Security, Security Policy and Counter Intelligence.

Peter A. Hagge, MBA, PMP completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel in 1994. In 2005, they attended the United States Navy Fighter Weapons School. In 2006, they completed the Aviation Safety Officer Course Graduate from the Naval Aviation School of Aviation Safety. In 2009, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Defense Focus from the Naval Post Graduate School. In December 2017, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
