🔹 Roy DeCoster, MPA

Roy DeCoster, MPA has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. 🔹 Roy began their career as a Journalist in the US Navy from 1993 to 1998. In 2001, they joined Strike Fighter Squadron ONE ZERO SIX (VFA-106) as a Student Naval Aviator, remaining there until 2005. From 2006 to 2009, they served as a Naval Aviator and Legal Officer for Strike Fighter Squadron 81. In 2009, they became an Instructor Pilot and Legal Officer at Strike Fighter Squadron ONE ZERO SIX (VFA-106), a position they held until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Department Head for Strike Fighter Squadron 103. In 2015, they became the VFA Readiness Officer for Commander, Naval Air Forces, Atlantic until 2018. 🔹 Roy then took on the role of Carrier Air Wing EIGHT Operations Officer at Carrier Air Wing Eight from 2018 to 2020. After that, they became the Deputy Director of the Air-Launched Weapons Team at the US Navy from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a Senior Program Analyst at 2 Circle, Inc.

Roy DeCoster, MPA, completed their education in a chronological order. From 1998 to 2001, they attended Virginia Tech and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications and Public Relations. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a specialization in Performance Measurement and Benchmarking.
