Ryan Blazevich has worked for a variety of companies since 1998. Ryan began their career as an Electrical Officer at USS UNDERWOOD (FFG 36). Ryan then moved to USS STETHEM (DDG 63) in 2000 as a Combat Information Center Officer. In 2005, they became the Weapons Officer/Combat Systems Officer at USS LASSEN (DDG 82). In 2008, they were the Flag Secretary at Commander Carrier Strike Group 7. From 2010-2011, they were the Requirements Officer at OPNAV N80 Programming and Budgeting. Ryan then served as the International Military Education and Training Chief at Combined Security Transition Command Afghanistan, Security Assistance Office (CSTC-A SAO). From 2013-2016, they were the Commanding Officer and Executive Officer at USS PINCKNEY (DDG 91). In 2020, they became a Sr Logistics Engineer at International Preparedness Associates Inc. and is currently the Director, Mission Integration Group and Senior Analyst at 2 Circle Consulting, Inc.
Ryan Blazevich began their educational journey at St Louis Country Day from 1987 to 1991. Ryan then attended Northwestern University from 1991 to 1995, earning a degree in Economics and International Studies/Business Institutions. In 2002, they enrolled at the Naval Postgraduate School and obtained a Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology Management in 2004.
