Scott Montgomery

Scott Montgomery has over 20 years of professional experience in the aviation industry. Scott began their career in 2000 as a Student Naval Aviator and then completed Initial Marine Corps Officer Training - The Basic School. From 2000 to 2020, Montgomery worked for Marine Corps Recruiting in various roles, including Chief Pilot, Commandant of the Marine Corps Flight Detachment, VR-1 Starlifters, G550 Pilot and Training Officer for VR-1 Starlifters (Director), F-35 Requirements Officer, HQMC Aviation (Senior Advisor / Program Manager), Aircraft Maintenance Officer for VMFA-115 (Director), Operations Officer for VMFA-115 (Director), Officer in Charge - Marine Aviation Training System Site (MATSS) Beaufort (Director), and TOPGUN Instructor (Program Manager). In 2020, Montgomery began working for Jet Aviation as a Captain - Bombardier Global 7500 & Global 6500, and for 2 Circle Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Warfare Analyst.

Scott Montgomery attended the United States Naval Academy from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Scott then attended Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2015 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Arts in Leadership.
