Ben Brookes has extensive work experience in the field service industry. Ben started their career as a Service Engineer at leisure link gaming in 2004 and worked there until 2007. Ben then joined Autobar UK Ltd as a Field Service Engineer and stayed with the company from 2007 to 2010. Ben then moved to Maas International as a Field Service Engineer from 2010 to 2013. Ben then joined United Coffee UK & Ireland as a Field Service Technician from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they worked at Evoca Group as a HORECA Product Specialist from 2017 to 2020, and later as a Horeca business support from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Ben is employed as a Wholesale Account Manager at 200 Degrees Coffee Roasters from March 2023.
Ben Brookes began their education in 1995 at St Francis of Assisi, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering under the City & Guild program. Ben completed this degree in 2000. Following their time at St Francis of Assisi, Ben attended Tamworth College from 2001 to 2003, also studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering through the City & Guild 236 program. More recently, in 2019, Ben attended Lincoln & York, where they pursued a degree in Barista Skills as part of the City & Guild 7102 program.
