Rob Longworth has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rob began their career as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Utah State University Athletics in 2010. Rob then worked as a Strength and Speed Coach at D1 Sports Training from 2009 to 2010.
In 2010, Rob joined National Fitness Center as an SAQ Program Director before moving on to Target in 2011. At Target, they held various roles, including Sr. Team Leader - Guest Service from 2011 to 2013, Executive Team Leader - Human Resources / Assets Protection from 2013 to 2015, and Executive Team Leader - Logistics from 2015 to 2016.
Since 2016, Rob has been employed at 21st Mortgage Corporation, where they have held several positions. Rob started as a Financial Counselor from 2016 to 2018 and then transitioned to the role of Commercial Community Account Manager from 2018 to 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Communities Operations Team Leader before being promoted to Business Development Manager in November 2022.
Through their work experience, Rob has gained expertise in business development, operations management, account management, financial counseling, team leadership, and strength and conditioning coaching.
Rob Longworth attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2007 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management.
