Jonathan Staffeldt

Jonathan Staffeldt has extensive work experience in various legal roles. Jonathan began their career at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP as a Corporate Associate from August 2007 to May 2010. Jonathan then joined Milstein Jackson Fairchild Wade as a Litigation Associate, where they handled over 60 complex civil cases, negotiated settlements, and developed new programs within the firm from June 2010 to March 2019. Afterward, they served as the Assistant General Counsel at Epione Medical Corporation from March 2019 to September 2019. From September 2019 to January 2023, they were the Chief Legal Officer and later the General Counsel at GVB Biopharma, a global leader in the hemp industry. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at 22nd Century Group, Inc. starting from January 2023.

Jonathan Staffeldt attended the University of Southern California from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Jonathan later pursued a JD degree at the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law from 2005 to 2007.
