Victor Kinelev

Victor Kinelev is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Since August 2018, Victor has served as the Head of Technology and Lead Developer at 237 Global. Prior to this, Victor held the position of Software Engineer at Sidestep App from January 2014 to January 2018, contributing to a marketplace utilized by over 70 artists, including high-profile names such as Beyoncé and Adele. Victor's freelance experience as an Independent Contractor includes the development of a multiplayer game backend, with collaborations involving iOS developers. Previously, Victor worked at HYPEE, focusing on software solutions for the aviation industry and government sectors, and at Etna IT, where Victor was involved in developing enterprise information systems for major Russian companies, including Gazprom. Victor holds a Specialist degree in Computer Science from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute.
