Tracy Malinoski

Tracy Malinoski has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Tracy currently works as the Human Resources Director at 24 Hour Fitness, where they oversee HR operations and supports innovation and corporate functions. Prior to that, they held positions at VASA FITNESS, where they served as the HR Field Services Manager and HR Business Partner, among other roles. Tracy also worked as the Director of Human Capital Solutions at 360° Market Solutions, where they were responsible for developing HR and recruiting functions. Earlier in their career, they were the Human Resources Director at SunShare, where they provided guidance and leadership and conducted recruitment efforts for various departments.
