Dawn Sallas

Dawn Sallas is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UI/UX and conversation design. Currently serving as a Senior Conversation Designer at [24]7.ai since December 2018, Dawn utilizes data-driven insights to optimize customer interactions and develop VUI solutions. Previous roles include UI/UX Designer at ndp agency, where Dawn led the transition to collaborative design processes, and Unboxed Technology, LLC, where the entire design process was managed from conceptualization to execution. Additional experience includes programming direction for AIGA, graphic design across various companies, and foundational education in Graphic Design from the University of Arkansas and Front End Web Development from General Assembly.
