Preethi Venkataswamy

Preethi Venkataswamy, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Preethi started their career as an HR Executive at United Software Solutions (p)Ltd in 2016, where they worked on a contract basis for a year. In 2019, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist/Workforce Specialist on a contract basis at Newcomer Women's Services. The following year, they served as a Human Resources Manager (Contract) at OneIMS - Integrated Marketing Solutions. In 2018, they joined 247 Labs as a Human Resources Manager, and they currently hold this role. Preethi's most recent position is as an HR Lead in Canada at Likewize, where they started in October 2021 and will continue until June 2023. Preethi's experience encompasses various aspects of HR, including recruitment coordination, workforce management, and HR leadership.
