Alex Hales has a diverse work experience. In 2018, Alex worked as a Business Development Manager at Exclusive Telemarketing Leads until May 2023. From January 2021, Alex joined 247 Virtual Solution, LLC as a Business Development Manager. In September 2021, Alex assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer at Final Expense Leads Specialist, continuing in this role until now. Furthermore, Alex founded PrimeTech BPO in June 2023 and is currently serving as the Founder and CEO.

Alex Hales completed their Master's degree from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad, from the years 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Sargodha between 2013 and 2014. Alex's education journey began at Shabbir Public High School Wah Cantt, where they obtained their High School Diploma in Computer Science from 2010 to 2012.
