Kat dela Cruz

Kat Dela Cruz is an experienced professional who has worked as Head of Talent Acquisition and Development at 24HRPO since June 2014, and also as a Service Delivery Manager. Prior to this, Kat was a Team Lead at CoreTechs from September 2014 to December 2018. Kat was responsible for recruiting various positions and actively sourced candidates using different methods. Kat holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Legal Management from the University of Santo Tomas.
