Kristina Sharykina has a wealth of work experience. Kristina began their career in 2011 as a Visa Officer for Tui and VKO Travel, where they provided consultation services and prepared documentation for visa applications for over 100 people. In 2012, they became Manager of Client Support Services for Rosstur Russia, where they attracted more than 20 agencies to the Rosstur aggregator chain, strengthened Rosstur's market presence in Moscow by 20%, and developed the corporate strategy. In 2013, they began working at the Embassy of the Argentine Republic in Moscow as International Business Development Manager of the Trade, Economic and Touristic Section, where they coordinated events, meetings, and projects to increase trade cooperation between Russia and Argentina by 35%. At the same time, they also founded Sharykina Spanish Education, where they helped people think, love, and live in Spanish. In 2018, Kristina became a Spanish Negotiation Conference Speaker for the Iberamerican Center in Moscow, leading courses on business Spanish and conducting over 10 group workshops for 150+ people. In 2021, they began working as Business Development Manager for Macasan Partners, responsible for business development between companies in Russia and LATAM, and in 2022 they became a Customer Success Manager for 24TTL.

Kristina Sharykina attended the State Institute for Tourism and Hospitality from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Specialist degree in Tourism and Sociocultural Service. From 2013 to 2014, they attended the Academy of Foreign Languages under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. In 2017, Kristina obtained a DELE C1 certification from the Instituto Cervantes. Kristina also attended the Academy of Professional Education for Teachers under the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation from 2017 to 2018, studying Methodology of Teaching of Foreign Languages.
