Grace-Ann Baker

Grace-Ann Baker currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Human Capital at 26North, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, Baker was a Vice President in Talent Management Advisory at Dyal Capital, a division of Blue Owl Capital, where expertise was applied to support over 50 firms in human capital best practices and organization design. From 2015 to 2021, Baker was the Vice President of Human Capital at Annaly Capital Management, overseeing various talent and HR initiatives while serving as an HR Business Partner. Earlier experience includes roles at AllianceBernstein in Human Capital Analytics and at Morgan Stanley in HR Analytics, focusing on data-driven insights into human capital. Baker holds an M.S. in Organizational Behavior from New York University and a B.A. in Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Science from Baruch College.
