Carolina Barbosa

Carolina Barbosa is an experienced professional with a strong background in administrative and financial management. Currently serving as the Administrative and Financial Manager at 2811 since February 2022, Carolina oversees the administrative and financial operations in the Chile office. Previously, Carolina worked at Fundación Corona as a Program Assistant, providing administrative and financial support for various projects, including collaborations with the District Education Secretariat and the Inter-American Development Bank's IDB Lab. As an Administrative, Financial, and Management Assistant for Fundación Liderazgo y Democracía, Carolina supported the foundation's operations and assisted the Director personally. Additional experience includes roles in human resources and customer service at Sonesta Hotel Bogotá and Lovato Rosario, and an administrative assistant position at Aguayo. Carolina holds a degree in Human Talent Management from Fundación Tecnológica Autónoma de Bogotá (Faba).
