Ed Carman

Command Chief Warrant Officer (ccwo) at 29th Combat Aviation Brigade

Ed Carman currently serves as the Command Chief Warrant Officer for the 29th Combat Aviation Brigade since February 2022 and as a Human Resources Officer for the US Federal Government since November 2021. With a long-standing career in the Army National Guard since 1985, Ed is an experienced UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot, accumulating over 2,300 flight hours, including 500 hours using Night Vision Goggles, primarily conducting medical evacuation and VIP missions. Previous roles include Vice President Operations at Weaver Parts, where operational functions were overseen for two auto recycling facilities, and Plant Manager at Dewtex Inc. Ed also served as a Process Improvement Engineer at Milliken Textiles. Academically, Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Business and Textile Manufacturing from the Institute of Textile Technology.
