Minhaj Karim

Minhaj Karim has been a dedicated professional at 2degrees since April 2013, currently serving as the Sales and Notifications Manager for External Channels, overseeing customer notification systems and ensuring effective communication between technology and business stakeholders. With extensive experience in people management and technical problem-solving, Minhaj has held several managerial roles, including managing teams of up to 26 full-time employees and owning the Business Broadband and Mobile Technical Escalations functions. Prior to 2degrees, Minhaj worked at Sitel as a Senior Customer Escalations Specialist, facilitating employee development and ensuring compliance with business standards. Minhaj is certified in Linux (LPI LPIC-2) and possesses a solid educational background from Massey University and the British Council in Dhaka.
