Elnura Ashimova

Elnura Ashimova has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Elnura is currently employed at 2hearts as a Project Lead & Partnerships. Prior to this, they worked at Fashion and BeautyTech as the Lead of FAB German Chapter, where they organized events and webinars. Elnura also co-founded and served as the Product Manager for re:love cosmetics at yoganect GmbH, managing product development and distribution of upcycled skincare products. Elnura Ashimova founded and served as the CEO of The Digital Business from 2014 to 2017. Elnura has also worked as a Project Manager at Dassault Systèmes 3DEXCITE, a Junior Consultant at finius GmbH, and in the Project Management Office at IBM Global Business Services. Additionally, they have experience in financial controlling at Infineon Technologies and completed an internship at Neumann Consulting International Group NCI - FZ LLC.

Elnura Ashimova received a Bachelor’s degree in BWL from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they attained a Vordiplom in WiWi from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2005 to 2007. Elnura also holds a Diplom in Politikwissenschaften from Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, which they acquired from 1999 to 2004.
