Justin Metacarpa

Justin Metacarpa is an experienced professional in business operations and credit risk management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Operations and previously as the Director of Collections, Recoveries, Fraud, and Disputes at 2nd Order Solutions since January 2020. Prior to this, Justin held various leadership roles at Capital One from May 1998 to January 2019, including Director of Bank Fraud and Disputes Operations and Senior Manager positions in collections and credit bureau disputes. In 2019, Justin briefly worked as the Director of Customer Support and Head of Pittsburgh Site Operations at Affirm, Inc. Early career experience includes a role as Assistant Supervisor at First North American National Bank. Justin earned a BA and BS in Political Science and Business from the University of Mary Washington.
