Currently, Megha co-founded Entelechy Fund, focusing on financial services with an emphasis on climate and gender inclusion. Megha is a member of 2X Global's 2X Ignite and Global Women in VC. Prior experience includes consulting at Encourage Capital, serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Sonata Finance Pvt. Ltd., and holding senior roles at IndusInd Bank, Essel Finance, Bajaj Finance Ltd., Bajaj Finserv Limited, and HSBC India. Megha holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
