Najada Kumbuli

Najada Kumbuli currently serves as Vice President and Head of Investments at Visa Foundation, overseeing investment activities across various asset classes and geographies since September 2020. In addition, Najada is a Non-Executive Board Member at 2X Global and previously held the position of Investment Director at Calvert Impact, where responsibilities included leading the Women Investing in Women’s (WIN-WIN) strategy and managing a $70 million investment portfolio. Experience also encompasses roles as Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Associate at Calvert Impact, and Project Assistant at the National Democratic Institute. Najada started as a Credit Analyst at the Community Reinvestment Fund. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Macalester College and a high school education from the United World College of South East Asia.
