Stella McLeod McKenna

Stella McLeod McKenna is an experienced professional in project and program management, currently serving as the Director of People & Programmes and Head of Programme Delivery at 2X Global since September 2019. In this role, Stella strategically leads project and process management for initiatives related to GenderSmart content, ensuring world-class experiences. As a Project Lead at The Bio-Leadership Project, Stella collaborates with a group of global Fellows to explore transformational leadership inspired by nature. Previously, Stella held senior positions at Catalyst at Large Consulting and facilitated programs at Enrol Yourself. With a solid foundation in international development showcased through roles at International Service UK, Stella's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Peace and Development from Leeds Beckett University and a BA in Fine Art from The Glasgow School of Art, among other qualifications.
