Greg Waldbaum

Greg Waldbaum, MBA, serves as the President & Chief Sport Officer at 3STEP Sports, the largest youth sport event and club operator in the nation since February 2020. Previously, Greg held the position of Vice President of Lacrosse at 3STEP Sports after managing the lacrosse vertical post-acquisition of 3d Lacrosse, where responsibilities included P&L management, strategy, and business development. As CEO and Co-Founder of 3d Lacrosse from 2010 to 2020, Greg led the company to achieve $15 million in revenue and a robust operational team. Prior entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding and serving as CEO of Firehouse Animal Health Centers, founding Max Sports & Entertainment, and leading various roles at iXL Enterprises after selling Green Room Productions, where Greg held the title of Founder and Chief Marketing Officer. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
