Khari McCloud

Khari McCloud has a diverse work experience in various roles within the creative and media industries. Starting in 2018, Khari began as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Indie Grits and also served as a Digital Media Intern at Midlands Anchor. In 2020, Khari joined Mad Monkey, Inc. as a Production Assistant, where they supported administrative duties and shared their knowledge on various technical aspects. That same year, Khari also worked as a Director and Creative Strategist at Trace Productions, spearheading digital campaigns and developing media concepts for clients in the food and beverage industry. In 2021, Khari held the role of Camera Operator at Wolfson Medical Center and later became a Director at 300 Entertainment. In 2022, Khari worked as a First Assistant Camera at Kids2. Khari's most recent role, starting in 2023, is as a Freelance Creative Director at Def Jam Recordings, where they oversee multiple creative projects and productions for artist Chase Shakur, collaborating with the media team to create visual content for various platforms.

Khari McCloud began their education in 2014 at Charleston Southern University, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Khari then attended the University of South Carolina from 2016 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management.
