Joe Firth

Joe Firth has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, specifically in the areas of M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) services, construction, and facilities management. Joe is currently working as a Business Manager at 300 North, where they oversee recruitment for Hard Services engineering roles and M&E White Collar roles. Prior to this, they worked as a Managing Consultant at 300 North, specializing in recruiting hard service engineers and supervisory staff for Facilities Management, retail, and shop fit-out projects.

Before joining 300 North, Joe worked as a Branch Manager at Meridian Business Support, where they focused on permanent recruitment in the M&E, construction, and facilities management sectors. Additionally, they have prior experience at Rullion, where they held roles such as Senior Permanent Consultant, Senior Mechanical & Electrical Consultant, and Mechanical & Electrical Consultant. At Rullion, they worked closely with national and regional M&E firms, providing strategic placements for white-collar staff and supplying service engineers and management candidates to Facilities Management companies.

Throughout their career, Joe has built a strong network and gained in-depth knowledge of the industry, ensuring successful recruitment processes and effective consultancy services.

Joe Firth attended Ripon Grammar School from 1999 to 2004. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at Harrogate Grammar School from 2004 to 2006. Joe then pursued higher education at De Montfort University, where they earned a BA (HONS) Second Class degree in Media & Communication from 2008 to 2011.
