Currently serving as the Founder of 3:23 Training & Development, Caleb focuses on teaching young wrestlers essential skills for success in sports and life. Previous roles include Co-Founder of Unify Ministries Inc., where Caleb worked on strengthening local churches, and Head of Sales & Brand Partnerships at InspireMore, leading strategic sales initiatives. Additionally, Caleb has extensive experience in youth ministry and coaching, with notable achievements as a Volunteer High School Wrestling Coach, nurturing multiple state champions. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Reinhardt University.
