Anna McQuere

Anna McQuere has a diverse range of work experience dating back to 2005. Anna has held various roles in different organizations, demonstrating their versatility and adaptability.

From 2017 to the present, Anna has been working at Building Service 32BJ Benefit Funds, first as a Health Fund Marketing and Relationship Manager and currently as an Assistant Director of Clinical Partnerships.

Prior to that, Anna worked at Human Rights First from 2012 to 2017, where they served in different capacities as a Donor Relations and Special Events Manager and Officer. Anna'sresponsibilities included managing logistics and strategy for events, collaborating with honorees, venues, and speakers.

Anna also worked as a Graduate Assistant at Indiana University Bloomington from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they instructed undergraduate public affairs courses and conducted research on the impact of student groups on civil society.

In 2011, Anna had a brief role as a Fundraising Intern at WITNESS, where they created an event-planning toolkit and organized donor information.

From 2008 to 2010, Anna was the Family Center Supervisor/Early Childhood Coordinator at Kentucky Refugee Ministries. In this role, they supervised an early childhood center and re-engineered the system to better serve refugee clients.

Before that, Anna was a Freelance Soprano from 2007 to 2010, performing in various operas and choruses. Anna was also an Event Planner at PC(USA) from 2007 to 2008, where they planned national and regional conferences.

Lastly, Anna started their work experience as an Assistant Teacher at Good Shepherd Center for Early Childhood Development from 2005 to 2007.

Anna McQuere earned their B.A. degree from the University of Iowa from 2002 to 2006. Anna majored in Spanish and had minors in music and psychology. Anna later pursued a Master of Public Affairs degree at Indiana University Bloomington from 2010 to 2012, specializing in nonprofit management and international affairs.
