Kushan Naresh Kantharia

Kushan Naresh Kantharia is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in leadership, sales, and project management. Currently serving as Growth Manager and Inside Sales Manager at 32Co since June 2023, Kushan previously held roles including Team Lead at Enactus Reading, where leadership of a multicultural team of over 25 students was paramount. Experience at Henley Business School included roles as Research Assistant and Open Day Ambassador, enhancing engagement with prospective students. As Vice President of the Reading Entrepreneurship Society, Kushan conducted business development and marketing initiatives, while also contributing as a founding member of the Desi Society at UOR. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Reading, following a Foundation degree in Business Administration and Management from Durham University.
