Markus Melendez

Markus was born in a small city in Northern Sweden, Skellefteå, but grew up on the East Coast in New York and Connecticut. He was inspired to get started in property management because of the problem solving and teamwork skills and to get started on a new adventure. Before starting at 33, Markus played professional baseball across Europe and spent his winters here in Chicago working as a private instructor and bartender. In this role, Markus is thrilled about the opportunity to be working alongside top real estate professionals and hopes to help as many of our clients as much as possible, bringing with him strong interpersonal communication skills and a passion for working within a team.
