Kavin Abelak

Kavin Abelak is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Lead for Data and Infrastructure at 33N Ltd since October 2018. Kavin has previously contributed to the Royal Veterinary College as a PhD student from September 2014 to June 2020, and served as Research Laboratory Manager at Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust from December 2007 to October 2012, where responsibilities included managing technician training, overseeing laboratory operations, and setting up clinical trials. Kavin’s educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from the Royal Veterinary College, a Master’s in Research from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Master of Science in Molecular Medicine from UCL, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Imperial College London.
