Misty Reich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations within the restaurant industry and corporate sectors. As the Founder of 35Thousand since September 2017, Misty has focused on creating a brand tailored for female road warriors, emphasizing lifestyle, beauty, and wellbeing. Misty co-founded Above& in May 2018 and served as a Non-Executive Director at Gousto from April 2020 to July 2023. Formerly, as Managing Director for KFC Central & Eastern Europe, Misty managed operations across 23 countries, achieving significant growth and team engagement. Misty's previous roles at Yum! Brands included Chief People Officer for KFC and VP positions in global talent management and UK operations. With a background at AT&T Wireless Services, Misty brings a wealth of expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational design, complemented by a BS in Communications from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from The University of Dallas.
