James Vy

James Vy has a diverse range of work experience. James worked as a Project Manager at 360 Energy Liability Management Ltd., where they facilitated growth in the energy industry by managing liabilities and fostering industry connections. Prior to this, James was a VP of Communications at SAIT Student Petroleum Society, where they handled communication efforts. James also served as the Chair of SAITSA Board of Directors, acting as the primary spokesperson and overseeing strategic planning. James was the President of Augustana Student's Association, leading a team of executives to represent and advocate for students. James gained leadership and supervisory experience as a Team Leader at Camp Health Hope and Happiness, where they directly supervised staff and counseled campers with disabilities. Additionally, James worked as a Hall Coordinator at the University of Alberta, where they managed a residence life team and conducted research as a Research Assistant.

James Vy completed their education in a chronological order. From 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Petroleum Engineering Technology Diploma at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). Prior to that, James attended the University of Alberta from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General.
